Most families receive their first appointment within 3–5 working days of contacting us. For urgent cases involving young children with severe delays, we do our best to prioritise and offer an earlier slot.

Please bring any previous medical reports, developmental assessments, school reports, or paediatrician letters. Also bring your child's immunisation card and any devices (hearing aids, glasses) they use regularly. Don't worry if you don't have everything — we can work with what's available.

Absolutely. We welcome families to visit MIRAI, meet the team, and see our facilities before committing to a programme. Please call or WhatsApp us to arrange a brief tour at a convenient time.

Yes, for selected therapy types and situations (particularly early intervention for very young infants, or adults with severe mobility limitations) we can arrange home visits. Please discuss your specific needs with our team when you contact us.
